Clay (2020)

Clay (2020)

Katlyn Lacoste and I hiked four and a half miles, climbing 3500 feet, to make photographs at sunset at the top of Shriner Peak in Mount Rainier National Park in September of 2020. So high into the deepening blue sky, and yet still so rooted in the earth, the clay from which we were made.

This photo was shown in February and March 2022 at the House of Shadows Gallery in Tampa, Florida, in an exhibit titled "Xplicit IV: Erotic Art"; and was accepted by the "Man and Work" photo salon in Serbia in January 2022.
